Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Available options may vary depending on your location, currency, device, order value, and the payment services enabled at the time of purchase.

Payment Authorization

All orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may approve or decline a transaction, request additional verification, or place a temporary authorization hold. Pourlume does not control these decisions or the time required to release a hold.

If your payment is declined, please confirm that your billing information is correct or contact your payment provider.

Secure Checkout

Pourlume uses established ecommerce and payment-service providers to process transactions. Security measures are used to help protect payment and order information during checkout.

However, no method of electronic transmission or online storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. To protect your information:

  • Use a trusted device and network

  • Keep your browser and operating system updated

  • Avoid making payments over unsecured public Wi-Fi

  • Protect your account credentials and passwords

  • Never send complete payment-card details by email

Pourlume customer support will never ask you to email your full card number, card security code, or account password.

Order Confirmation

An order is successfully placed after checkout has been completed and an order confirmation has been generated.

The confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us.

Failed, Duplicate, or Unrecognized Charges

If a payment fails, review your billing information and try again. If the issue continues, contact your bank or payment provider.

If you notice a duplicate or unrecognized charge, contact us with your name, order number, checkout email address, transaction date, amount, and a brief description of the issue.

Do not include complete card details, security codes, passwords, or other sensitive authentication information.

Pricing and Additional Fees

Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the total order amount will be displayed before payment is submitted.

Your financial institution may charge currency-conversion, foreign-transaction, or processing fees. These charges are not controlled by Pourlume.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed and may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, and usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to completed orders.

Refund Security

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Please review our Return Policy for refund eligibility and procedures.
